Best Dog Parks in the Area

Do you need somewhere to take your dog, who's bouncing off the walls? Consider a dog park. If your dog is friendly with other dogs and with people, a dog park is a great way to get your dog's energy out, or to socialize your new dog or puppy. If you live in an urban setting or an area with little yard space, try a dog park. Dog parks are usually fenced in, so you don't have to worry about your dog getting lose. Here are some of the best dog parks to visit in Western NY:


The Bark Park


The Bark Park is a great place to walk your dog, let your dog swim a little, and allow your dog to play with others. There is a fenced in area for play with other dogs. The Paw Park - Off-Leash Dog Park

 


The Paw Park is another great park to take your dog to. There is large fenced in area with plenty of room for your dog to run and play with other dogs. The Paw Park is in East Amherst. Here is a link to the google maps for The Paw Park


       Knox Farm State Park (Dog Park)



The Knox Farm Dog Park is a wonderful place to take your dog. There are lots of paths and trails to walk your dog on. There are ponds for dogs to dip their feet in, and there are two huge fenced in areas for your dog to play in. This farm is also a state park. There are events for people, and events for dogs here! The Knox Farm State Park is located in East Aurora. Here is a link to the google maps for this park.


Overall, there are a lot of great dog parks in Western New York! If you live in Western NY and your dog has a some energy to burn, consider visiting these dog parks!
